COWORD participates in the Round Table Discussion “Real Estate Specialisation. New trends in construction”.
The members of the Coword Association, Carlos Iglesias and Irene Trujillo, participated this morning in the round table discussion “Real Estate Specialisation. New trends in construction” of the 3rd National Real Estate Servicing Congress organised by CMS Group at the Teatro Goya in Madrid.
Working group: Allegations to the modifications of the PGOU of Madrid on Shared Spaces
On 27 September, COAM and COWORD organise the first working group to prepare the allegations to the modifications to the PGOU of Madrid, regarding shared spaces (coliving, cohousing, etc.).

COWORD, the Association of Shared Real Estate Spaces, is born with the social commitment to give a voice to this new demand for housing and to support the Spanish real estate sector to promote and manage shared real estate spaces; coliving, cohousing, cosenior with all the necessary legal and urban planning guarantees. The non-profit association has been founded by Araceli Martín-Navarro, CEO EF Plus, Irene Trujillo, Operations Director of DoveVivo in Spain, and Antonio Ñudi, Partner at Andersen Law Firm.
