The members of the Coword Association, Carlos Iglesias and Irene Trujillo, participated this morning in the round table discussion “Real Estate Specialisation. New trends in construction” of the 3rd National Real Estate Servicing Congress organised by CMS Group at the Teatro Goya in Madrid. Together with Javier Acevedo (GAE Comunidades del Sur), Carmen Panadero (WIRES Presidency) and Fco. Vázquez (3g Smart Group), they developed the concepts of Coliving and Cohousing, their design characteristics and their current market, legal and urban planning situation.
