COWORD launch event

COWORD, the Association of Shared Real Estate Spaces, is born with the social commitment to give a voice to this new demand for housing and to support the Spanish real estate sector to promote and manage shared real estate spaces; coliving, cohousing, cosenior with all the necessary legal and urban planning guarantees. The non-profit association was founded by Araceli Martín-Navarro, CEO EF Plus, Irene Trujillo, Operations Director of DoveVivo in Spain, and Antonio Ñudi, Partner at Andersen Law Firm.

The presentation ceremony was attended by authorities such as José María García, Director General of Housing and Rehabilitation of the Community of Madrid, Raimundo Herráiz, Director General of Urban Planning of the Community of Madrid and Sigfrido Herráez, Dean of the Official Association of Architects of Madrid.

The event has also counted with the intervention of relevant Real Estate actors such as Valerio Fonseca CEO of DoveVivo, the largest coliving company in Europe, Javier Fur Quesada, CEO of Grupo Marjal, Alexander Ponte, Founding Partner of Wecoliwe, Andrew Pudon, Director of Coliving of CBRE, Cate Maiolini, Head of Ambassadors Co-liv, Philipp Zschaler Partner of Andersen, Head of the European real estate group and Ángel Moreno, President of Círculo Inmobiliarion COWORD.
